Yes. CWS supports flexible billing models, including centralised invoicing and cost-centre allocation. Billing is set up as the apartment is handed over ready to live in, so the arrangement is in place from the first night of the stay rather than reconciled afterwards.
Is ongoing support available during the stay period?
Yes. Dedicated teams provide continuous coordination and issue resolution throughout the stay duration. That covers extensions, swaps, maintenance and escalations for as long as the assignment runs — the stay is managed end to end rather than handed over at booking and left.
Can serviced apartments be managed through a single platform?
Yes. The Travgenie booking portal enables centralised visibility, booking control and compliance tracking, so apartment stays sit alongside the rest of the travel programme rather than being tracked separately. Property selection and rate negotiation are handled by CWS teams before anything reaches the platform.
We visited Toronto in Aug 2019 and were looking for an economical, convenient 2BR apartment. CWS provided an excellent apartment at walkable length from public transport, saving time and money.
